Maybe that's why Brewer gets so much burn. He's probably matches up against Harden in scrims and just dominates. JBB sees that and thinks Brewer can do that in real games.
Putting it a little bit broader: Casspi was not crap for Houston. He played relatively well for the first half of the season (6th man) until McHale started experimenting. His stats were not bad at all. More than that, he played basically for free (vets minimum). Houston didn't like him and he's gone. End of story.
Never understood this. I do understand Cav's fans attitude (while there were rude, ugly and too nervous) - Casspi was supposed to be starter there when came in trade with Kings, but in Houston Omri was just min. player, they're not even supposed to be in rotation as a rule
