He did turn Francis into TMac, then TMac into Kevin Martin, which ultimately netted Harden, which led to Howard....MASTER PLAN!!!

    Also flipped Ariza into C.Lee.

As for the others, win some lose some I guess, can't all be homeruns.

He had a real good rookie campaign and then got worse every year - not uncommon for a King... The question is, why did he regress this much, including his FT shooting?

It seems to be a mental thing. Maybe they can correct it. It's a gamble, that's what Morey does. If he doesn't turn out right, we have hardly lost anything. If he does, great.

It's just hard for me to be too critical of him because I suffered watching Carroll Dawson as the GM for so long and I was so happy to finally get a really crafty forward-thinking GM like Morey.

This should be a sticky on every page before people spew out their opinion

Well, to be fair, this is also the guy that drafted White and Morris and traded for Terrence Williams. I think Morey is the best GM in the NBA, but he is not infallible.

I don't get this signing, but it could be great. I hated drafting Parsons too, so who knows. Seems like Morey sees something in him, so hopefully it works out.

I'll be interested to know the terms of the contract.

The day after Morey nabs Dwight f-ing Howard means he should be given the benefit of the doubt on a roster filler move like this! Sheesh!

Fit, people. It's all about fit.

He suits our uptempto style of play. He runs the floor well, excels in transition and there's no reason to believe his 3 pt % won't increase playing next to D12. He rebounds, plays good defense, can get minutes at both the 3/4 and has a good attitude.

A great addition for depth purposes and gives us another pesky perimeter defender to throw at KD. There's very little downside to this signing.

Omri seems to be good at running the flior and is not afraid to take the open 3.

Uhh, by Francis he meant the "Francis comeback." Morey wasn't anywhere near the Rockets when the Francis-T-Mac trade happened.

He's been playing like Asspi lately. He's still young, so hopefully he still has the ability to bounce back. I'll trust Morey on this one.

Really surprised by this signing. He's pretty bad from what I've seen.

He couldnt make his shots (42% shooter for someone who's strength is shooting). Could not make his FTs. Could not defend. Could not rebound.

And then he started pouting and asked the Cavaliers to trade him.

If Rockets signed him for peanuts hoping he can somehow start being productive, then I guess its a low risk move.

Nothing to be excited over though.

Would seem redundant with the euro we got from Portland - Papasitos or whatever his name is.
