Nothing can be judged until we have a coach that implements our offensive and defensive gameplan. Give Thibs, Stan, or Jeff, some lineup like this and you bet our D would be stellar. Dwight hedging on picks, Omer in the back, Bev or Parsons up front on you. That's the best defensive you can see in the NBA, yes more threatning than LeBron on you and Bosh in the background. Or George on you, and Hibbert in the back. The fact we can have EITHER dwight or omer back near the bucket AND the other one hedging on picks would make teams really really suffer offensively. Why we don't do this is beyond me. Offensively, we only have one play. That's end of game situations where we Dwight rolls from high post to basket for potential alley oop, a guard flares out to get the inbound pass if that fails. 3 times we've seen it, 3 times it's been awful and easily defended. I'd like to see McHale gone, and a coach that can utilize Omer, and our luxuries. Like Lionel or somebody.
Well, if you make a trade idea and you know that some team would be really really dumb to take it... then that idea is...
There is ZERO chance that Cuban trades Dirk to Houston. In conference, geographically close neighbor? Sorry, not going to happen. Not ever.
Well Im sure Morey thought it would be dumb to call Presti and try and get Harden but sometimes you make that call anyways. But, the Blazers are playing to good any way to trade away Aldridge
How about this? Lin and Asik and Brewer to Milwaukee. Sanders, Thad Young, Kwame Brown to the Knicks DMo/TJones/Amare and 2 Knicks first-round draft picks to Philly. Ilyasova, Spencer Hawes, Shumpert, Antetokounmpo, and Ridnour to Houston. Didn't check the salaries on all those guys but it would be close.
100% knicks fan....and philly get TOTALLY robbed in this trade. Giving up young while taking Amare for DMO And JONES??

Permabench his ass, trade him at the deadline. Let him prove his starter worthiness and his agent negotiate a nice contract after he misses the majority of a season.
McHale was less than forthcoming about why Asik is 'unavailable.' His long pauses said a lot. - feigen
