Honestly spending $300 on an old LG OLED sounds pretty attractive. I didn't realize they were that cheap used. I have a perfectly fine but terrible Vizio budget 55-incher. I never found the justification to spend $1k+ on a OLED tv, but for $300 I feel like it would bring me happiness for at least a couple of years, and anything longer is gravy.

So my eyes have finally been attracted to various 100 inch TVs. Costco has one for $1400 that even the wife told me to get it if I want. Just have to figure where to shuffle or give away a 70 or 83 inch. I currently have a sony flagship 83 inch that is fantastic but sitting 14' away my old eyes have trouble reading things like notes, papers ect without pausing and getting up to read. I dont think the loss of picture quality will be much of a deal breaker but features like BT connection for my headset is a biggie.

Anyone have a recommendation or have purchased that big of a screen lately?

Damn, man, maybe you just need new glasses - it'd be cheaper! :D
