Ole Ole Ole - Yao Ming song at the games?

They used to just play an instrumental to the Yao Ming song during the game, but lately they've got an updated singing thing playing-it sounds different that Chance's version.

I think Yao didn't like it originally, then they went a season without playing it, and now they've got this other thing going...I like it though.

Chance, is the version of the song they are playing now your original version or is it a remix? It sounds like a remix to me. I've got a newborn so I haven't been to any games this year so I only hear it over the TV which is kinda hard.

I don't remember I have read Yao disliked the song or found it annoying. I think he did say he was uncomfortable with the song being played during the games. May be he was too much a team player and didn't want to stand out when the whole team was going to war together.
