Website: Clutchfans Fantasy Footy Draft Order: 1. PSJ 2. Fade 3. Rocketball 4. Finn 5. Castor 6. Greek (or Smeg if he returns) 7. Rimmy 8. Moe 9. Jent 10. nWo34Life 11. Sam 12. LonghornFan 13. DeAleck 14. Paul We need to determine the best date/time for live draft... Let me know.
Geez, this order doesn't look too favorable for me. Is it reversed in the second round? I prefer a Saturday/Sunday morning for the draft.
The order switches every other round. So, you will pick thirteenth in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, etc... and second in the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, etc... Thanks for posting the order, Rook. Now comes the time for preparation. Most weekday evenings and anytime on most weekends works best for me.
Instead of getting a bunch of different date/time proposals, let me submit one and see if it would work with most everyone here. Sunday, September 3 at 9PM CDT - 3 minutes between picks The season starts Thursday, September 7 - need to set lineups before Game 1 that night. Let me know if that will work for everyone, that way we are done with preseason and all preseason injuries can be avoided.
Hey now... Just what in the hells is that supposed to mean? Is this like sig rookie hazing or some chit?
That was the description for the "BYE" team from the year when we had an odd number of teams. You'll notice that some other teams have info left over from previous owners.
Sorry, for some reason I could not erase some of the quotes - I just replaced new players, with old retired ones. You are going to have to go into your edit team/profile page to change settings, name, logo, quote and so on. ..and if you are going to wear long heels, while playing fantasy football you probably should pick 12th...
Where can I find a list of the rules and stat scoring categories? Also, will this draft be held in the chatroom of the league home page? I don't see a "live draft" link available. TIA.
LH, If you go to the top of the page where it says "League Reports" and click that you will see a list, in which has a section called rules - there you can see the scoring by position. As far as the draft goes, it will run similar to the way the baseball one did (except 3 minutes between picks), on the actual website - there will be a draft area to go into, however won't be able to actually talk with one another. Doing it in the chatroom would be cool for that purpose, especially for giving Fade a tough time for picking Barry Sanders with the #2 pick.
At the top of the page on the League site you see- Home, Live Scores, Statistics and League Reports which when clicking on, drops down a menu. Rules is one of the links in the drop down box. Click on Soring Rules and then by clicking each position shows our scoring system for that position. When the Draft starts there will be a link from your team page allowing you to enter the Draft. I think it would be a good idea to hold a practice draft so the new guys can learn how to use the site to make their picks.
Thanks Bob. I'm really not wanting to be "that n00b" who slows down the draft and bumps into all the walls.
