I agree with you on something Lil Pun??? Weird.

ferrari, I thought we were talking about if the ATL killed rap? Why are we arguing over whether we like Luda or not?

The last album I listened to was Red Light Distict, which is one of my favorite albums of all time. I think it was 2004 or 5. That album right there proves that Luda had nothing to do with all of this crappy rap.

    thugged out video gamer?

i didn't know you had to be a thug to murder someone.
i wouldn't actually do it, i just hate soulja boy with a passion, kind of like i hate T-wack with a passion.

    young joc is trash.

young jeezy, ti, ludacris, and outkast are probably the only exceptions.

    idk about ludacris...
he did make some stupid ass songs..

    "HOES IN DIFFERENT AREA CODES"
    etc..

Outkast is still the best hip-hop that the ATL will ever produce

    Stank you very much!

Why does this video always get on clutchfans when talking about "good" hip hop.
Lupe Fiasco is my favorite rapper but this isn't the only good song he has.
I have a feeling its because its about a dude from Houston.

Hello/Goodbye is one of the best Lupe songs and probably the most misunderstood.

Not alot of people know what its about.

Maybe it means exactly as titled,
since he came so fast and now he's leaving

his next album is going to be called
    LupEND

This is a crazy comment from someone on youtube

I just happened to be listening to that song as I was reading this thread thats why lol. His whole 2nd album was amazing though. Little Weapon is by far my favorite song on the album followed by Intruder Alert.

I was trying to distract you mlwoo! Damnit man, I was trying to get this thread off topic. :D

Personally I only liked two songs on RLD and he came out with release therapy in 06.

I agree with everything JD2010 said.

And Kanye really needs to learn to be quiet sometimes, dude just can't help himself.

Thats a lot of crapola you listed there... I do disagree slightly about Jermaine Dupree and Bubba Sparxx.

Jermaine Dupree has been in the biz a waaaaay before these guys even thought of becoming rappers. Yeah he's a bit of a tool, and his rapping skills are of course average but how many producers are good rappers anyway? In between remixing anything, he'll at least work with credible artists now and then. Bubba Sparxxx is simply a guy giving white rappers cred, not much expectation from the start.

Snoop Dogg and Tupac's made some stupid songs too (b****es Aint ****, I Get Around, etc). People simply don't want to hear serious themed music ALL the time. It really is okay to have a little fun in what you do and not earn the street's respect every waking moment of your life (not "you" but rappers in general).
