The last Full House revolved around Michelle falling off a horse and getting amnesia, IIRC. Been forever since I saw it. Family Matters ended with Laura finally giving into Urkel's charms when he returns from a space mission (I kid you not).

Star Trek TNG ended with an episode called All Good Things. Picard is conscious of himself in three different timelines, on his first mission to Farpoint Station, as an old man, and in the normal TNG timeline. In all three timelines he goes to investigate a spatial anomoly and discovers that it is bigger in the past and is growing backwards in time. Q is also involved in the episode. Of course, one could also say that the movies are a continuation of the show and thus it has probably not ended yet (or it ends with Nemesis if they don't make any more TNG based movies.
