Westbrook has a much higher ceiling than AB. If Morey were presented with this preposterous trade, he would do it in a heartbeat.

OKC want to add vets to their core of Durant,Westbrook.Green is part of that for now as well. They are not going to give anything away.

Horns are a perennial big 12 powerhouse...so as far as athletics go, I can't pose much of an argument, but the gap is narrowing my friend. I recall people like you making similiar statements before getting punched in the mouth in Lubbock. Yeah, but the Thunder have no need for a guy like Battier at this point, and Westbrook is extremely valuable to them. Don't even get me started on Dorsey at this point.

OSU total national championships >>> anyone else in Big 12.

But it's cool, you still wear orange.

This should no longer be a Thunder trade thread, but rather an OSU gloat thread.

    Go!

never paid much attention to this Westbrook kid, but man he's something
    averaged 15+5+5 in rookie year.
    that's impressive.

no way this trade could happen though.

He could end up being a dominant PG. There were games last year where he was unstoppable. Just an incredible athlete. Hopefully this season he'll be more consistent.

westbrook was a seriously awesome rookie last year....could dunk it as well as anyone and a great defensive player. but I guess its rookie year but he shot rafer-percentages and turned over the ball extremely high for a PG, or any position for that matter.

lol they just signed kevin ollie whos a 36 year old with no game left...I guess it was just to tutor westbrook along and show him not to turn the ball over every second possession.

wow man imagine if they did the chandler trade...then they would've gotten Okafor easily this summer.

    a monster lineup of:

    WESTBROOK

    HARDEN

    DURANT!

    GREEN

    OKAFOR

thats 4 or 5 all stars in a few years...

    wow

If I had to include brooks to get westbrook, Id do that in a heartbeat. Id trade Brooks and Landry and a rookie to get westbrook. However, there is no way in hell the thunder even consider trading him. He is going to be good. I mean he already is good

I don't like that trade. How about we stop with all these trades? I really do not mind the line-up the way it is. And it would not be cool to lose Brooks or Battier.

Battier is worth a lot to a contender (as he might get them over the hump), but not to OC (since they won't do crap in the playoffs, at least not this year). Portland, LA, Boston, Orlando, Cleveland, SA, & Dallas would probably want and pay more for Battier than an up and coming team like OC.
