    Whoops! Read it wrong.

    Fire Gundy!! ;)

EDIT: Where does it say how much time Deke will miss? I wouldn't think a dislocated finger would keep him out. I wanted him to stay in -- imagine seeing the finger wave then!

    Oops.

    Howard/McGrady/Wesley/Head/Norris

Ack. That is truly terrible. I only prefer that to a line-up with Swift...because he adds even less than Howard. And off the bench, his athleticism (perhaps) is more meaningful

I'm only using the same logic that Rule0001 is applying to Yao.

Yao's toe is infected. He's been soaking it in Betadine after games but it's apparently gotten much worse.

If he's gonna be out at least a week, chances are he'll have to go on an antibiotic regimen of some sort.

Of course judging from the posts, some of our posters would rather have Yao die of septicemia than take a week to heal.

Yeah Yao, you big p*ssy. Why can't you play with an infection that could cause you to lose your big toe rather than dissapoint some random internet morons?

BTW, the last time Yao was out, he was hospitalized. But since you regularly play basketball at an NBA level with a debilitating flu you have every right to call him a p*ssy.

If Yao's toe falls off, who would bid on it on ebay?

    Finally, some rationality!

And it's his big toe. I wonder if these people have ever actually had an injury there?

I've had an in-grown big toe-nail. It's excruciating. At times, it's almost impossible to walk, much less run. Before you blame Yao, understand his injury. It sounds silly, but an infected toe is a *huge* problem for anybody.

Did Chucky Brown make the "Red Lobster" comment on the Jim Rome show?
He had been playing in the CBA and was called up to an NBA team. He made the point with Rome that with the NBA level Per Diem you could afford to eat at nice plaaces like Red Lobster. Rome liked it-still refers to it.

I like Chucky - do not know if he would be in NBA game shape. He was fed many assists from Clyde Drexler in '94 - 95 season. Very consistent player...

Not a center - more small forward.

Call up Rony Seikaly. He would probably play for the league minimum. Then we could see his wife- swimsuit model Elsa Benitez? on the sidelines. Make Tony Parker's girl look bad...

this is one of the most dissapointing seasons ever.

you have to have an injury plagued season every so often and we avoided it for a while now so i guess it caught up.

swift will have to start otherwise we have no shot blocker. jho, bowen, tmac, and wesley will round out the starters. moochie, head, and baxter will be our rotation. graham won't play.

He's missed a total of 3 games in 3.25 NBA seasons, and you call him a p***y?

I believe you may have just outted yourself as a YOH.

You did not address the more important issue of Elsa Benitez' looks. Sign Rony Seikaly now!!

Elsa could be an honorary power dancer on thong bikini nite!!
