Playing Texas hold 'em in Germany. So eight guys and me playing for hours and watching march madness in schwabia. I known these guys for awhile. But first time playing poker with them. Four hours playing. We were supposed to play for another two at least So I get dealt two aces and another schweetie shows up in the river. Slowly soak the table for as much as I can get. There is no flush or straight I can see in the river and no pair which means no full house. But there is a queen I go all in. Knock everyone out except one b**** Last card. Another b**** I Lost to 4 queens But that's not the end. Everyone stood up and said goodbye and left I said. You can't pick up your chips and leave. I don't know want planet Germany is from. But this is Texas hold 'em and I willl have to pull out my pistol and shoot you Alas. TSA took my pistol away
That's not even that bad of a beat. How do you expect him to fold with set of queens? I lost to runner runner straight flush while I was holding quads once on PokerStars.
Yeah poker isn't my game. Bridge is. So I don't know how bad of a beat that is. But I do know they shouldn't all get up and leave like that. Seemed like the fix was in just to f!ck with the Texan. Those ficking Siggls. It was fun though. Good times Hey ATW. have you ever heard the Schwabian word Siggl that's what they call each other as an insult. It's like the Schwabian N word. No German at my office has heard of it

Okay, I didn't know what you meant at first, but now I do. It's just the Swabian way of saying "Sack", which means the same thing as in English. It's not really a bad insult.
So what does "Sack" mean in English. The Swabians say it is an insult, no? They say the rest of Germany doesn't know this insult. Excuse me me for misspelling Swabia. b****es took my money btw. Just so you know. They call you Bavarians arrogant dicks
you're in luck. Germany makes some of the best guns in the world, including the one that was used to kill Usama bin Laden...the Heckler & Koch 416 carbine
So we are playing again on Friday. I can't hide that weapon. I need a pistol. Hence my thread title. I'm not losing twice on the last hand and letting the Germans escape without a pistol
the first 3 cards in texas hold'em is called 'the flop', not 'the river'. 'The river' is the last card. So in this case, a queen and an ace showed up in the flop and another queen on the river. the 4th card is called 'the turn'. Don't want you embarrassing us Americans in front of some saurkraut-eatin' thieves.
Excellent I needed that so what is the last card called? The river, really? I need to beef up my poker vernacular Btw if anyone wants to play the most difficult card game invented..which is Bridge ... Let me know. The game is so beautiful
