A lot of teams (Denver, Golden State, Minnesota, Phoenix, Portland) have taken a chance on him but none have ever kept him so they obviously didn't see enough in him to think that he's going to amount to anything valuable for a team.

 

You should never sign a player that has been waived by two different teams(Phoenix & Portland) in one week. Especially if they are waived twice, BEFORE summer camp has even started.
