    Please define "good ol boy network" for us. Not really sure what you mean by that.

    Halliburton has very significant employee diversity. KBR, which was recently spun off from them, is extremely diverse -- I've probably interacted with 10-12 different nationalities of people that worked for KBR. That's the nature of their business since many of the LNG/Gasification/energy infrastructure jobs they are building are all over the world.

    People seem to think that the oil & gas industry is a bunch of JR Ewings, doing deals on their ranch. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Oil & gas these days is a global industry and that has resulted in an extremely diverse workforces.

    The thought that deepwater is a growth area is 100% correct. The trend is drilling in deeper water, harsher environments, bigger platforms. FMC should be well positioned.
