In 2 or 3 years that might not seem so strange....one might be a broken down 32 year old, while the other might be a 25 year old rising star.

Right now, their efficiency is not much different, and that is pretty scary.

He's hitting a lot of jumpers, looking good. But he's done this before. And his weaknesses are still showing. I can't believe people are hyping this guy up when he still displays weak handles and poor defense. He's a poor man's JR Smith, worth nowhere near the MLE. When this hot streak is over he's worthless.

None of you can name a single strength of his besides his semi-reliable jumpshot. And don't even mention atleticism, because Stro had that too and he's not even half the player unathletic Scola is. I bet half of you would trade Scola for Tyrus Thomas just for his youth and jumping ability. What a joke.

Agree about Scola, but not about Green, he has shown a lot of improvement, he is not just hitting jumpers, he is driving to the rim hard and finishing or passing when that is closed down.

His role right now is similar to Battiers on the offensive side of the ball, hang at the 3pt line and shoot if open, or drive by if closed out hard....he has been very good at both.

He's glaring weaknesses is his lack of ball handling (dribble). I'm talking about only on the offensive end. If he does not become a better ball handler, he will struggle to become a star (or anywhere close to star status). He'll just be an athletic jump shooter who cannot create his own shot. He'll just an athletic better version of Bruce Bowen.

Battier can't dribble, Horry can't dribble, Luther..well...you get the point.

This is too funny. DaDakota's replying to every message posted, like he's Green's PR guy or something. I can picture him looking at his monitor, foaming at the mouth, thinking, "This is my chance to make up for my V-Span mancrush!"<BR>

    VSpan?

LOL - he would be our starting PG right now if he stayed.

You guys are just jealous that you can't see the talent as quickly as I can.

    ;)

It is much better to have Ryan Bowen and Von Wafer on the bench than anyone that might actually amount to a rotational player.

I think Gerald is getting it, he has been hustling like crazy and seems very involved.

But I agree...I would like to put Bowen's heart into Tmac.
