the same thing could be said about TJ Yates. I like the kid but I think people are expecting a little too much from him
But TJ Yates was a rookie in his seventh NBA start against a Ravens D that gets every QB to throw picks against them (like Brady's two the next week). The thing is, Jacoby had the most boneheaded play. You can't expect your rookie QB, even if that rookie had played all season with first or second team reps, to be perfect against the Ravens. You CAN expect your five year vet not to get near the ball on a damn punt return.
Regardless, he played very poorly. That's not crucifying him nor is it excusing jacoby. I like Yates' potential but people need to stop discounting schaub's importance to the teams success

the mastermind must have the coolest handle in the twitter world. son of bum, i chuckle every time i see it.
The worst part of the offseason for me is the last month. I compare the offseason to taking a long drive. When you get ready for a long drive you get mentally prepared that you'll be driving for hours and hours. The worst part of the journey is about 30 minutes from your destination. You've been on the road forever and you're ready for it to end. It seems like the last 30 minutes takes forever. With the NFL offseason, even though we're in May, September is a long way off. Once we get into August is when I get more anticipation. The preseason is going on and I'm ready for it to end and start the regular season.
