    I caught the very end of a news report on 740 while flipping around listening to the football game and I thought they said he's going to stay with us. I'm not certain about this at all because I caught them in the middle of the last sentence of the report. Can anyone verify what they said?

    ESPN news anchor just said that "While no deal has been reached yet, an executive involved in the negotiations expects Beltran will stay with Houston."

    Then he said they will have more soon, but that will probably just be Buster Olney again.

    Sports Radio 610, a little while ago, said that Tim Purpura (maybe it was Drayton?) was going to say something to the press later tonight one way or another.
