Said it before and I'll say it again. I wish that was our primary combo. I know they'll be slightly different, but I hope it's something similar.
When you are living in a dung heap, you have to brag about living in the BEST DUNG HEAP in the world.
After watching the stats on CJ and Lamar for the umpteenth time, I want to YELL that 3 of CJ's interceptions came against Cincinnati in a game we won so his care with the ball has been even more remarkable. And if I hear "for a rookie" one more time I'll puke. He skipped rookie and a few more seasons and went right to seasoned vet.
Hopefully it will be sadder by late afternoon. I am feeling, they either blow us out, or we win by an inch. I am going with the "tight" win, but I will gladly take "blowing them out," like Cleveland. The latter is hard to imagine. As they say, you have to beat the best to become the best. IMO, Ravens are at the top of the heap.
We must win the turnover and time of possession battle. Quiet that crowd and slowly cut deep... until it's qouth to raven nevermore.
I hope Lamar has couple of those holding the like a loaf of bread turnovers like he's done in the past. He's still going to have some crazy runs, but just hold them to FGs more often than not, please.
Rams and Titans did really well exposing the Ravens on the edge with toss and sweeps. I wouldn't run much inside against their front. Get them flowing and then bust out the bombs.
