Officially a dark horse?

    I agree. We have to just take it one game at a time right now. We are playing great defense and have been somewhat consistent on the offensive end. We have to keep up the defensive intensity.

    I totally agree. It's amazing, all of the people who gave up on the Rockets, especially a lot of Rockets fans, saying the season was over, and that trading Alston was a sign it was over and complaining that this team couldn't win without Alston. My what a difference a few weeks make. This is one tough, physical, and balanced squad.

    We have been darkhorse since day 1. Nothing has changed, everybody doubted that we could even make the playoffs.

    Since Ron Artest was traded here everybody also thought he would destroy this team. Really...It doesn't matter if we are dark-horses are not, just win ball games.

    I don't think the media view us as a "darkhorse", but I think the rest of the teams in the league do. It sometimes seems as though teams play "down" to us because they know T-mac is out for the year. All of a sudden, these same teams realize that we haven't lost much with him being out, and that we are actually more competitive at this point.

    I like the idea of us being under the radar. It's a good place to be.
