Our team can easily comeback and win, but that was a really god awful inning to watch & the Stankess fans at our park made it worse.
I can't imagine how pissed McCullers must be, he only gave up a single run yet is charged for 3. Left with a 2 run lead and not 2 outs later isn't in a position to win the game.

This isn't every game. These games are a bit different and this situation determines if your starting pitcher gets the win.....stop.
Yes we have the talent to come back, but innings like that can demoralize a team and suck the life out of their offense. I won't be surprised if we have 3 runs at the end of the game. (Of course Alex Bregman may hit a solo HR in the 9th you never know.)

Yes, they're just games before the ASB against a good team from another division. That's all. No different than Cleveland or Boston or Washington or whoever.
I don't think these games are all that different. Especially with a 3-1 lead in the series and 3 to play (if you think their H2H record vs the Yanks is THAT important at this point in the season) And I really don't think Hinch is managing to ensure the starter getting the win ahead of thinking about team concerns.
