If you told me we'd keep Yankees big bats quiet and still lose by 7 I'd tell you no way ese. Feliz is great some nights and then is just garbage over nights. Granted, some of those hits he gave up were "game of inches" type hits. Hoyt on the other hand needs to be back on a plane to CA tomorrow.
Who said he's getting wasted? He threw 8 pitches in his last outing (2 days ago, pitched on the 25th before that). Maybe they want him to work on something in a game situation that doesn't matter? Or maybe they're stupid? I don't know.
Not sure how you have this mentality with a team that has a double digit lead over the next best team in the league. Sure that could happen, but I'd favor the Astros to win pregame just about every time they play.
