This team just aint right. Excellent starting pitching has saved our butts so far, but the hitters and bullpen are absolute trash right now.

I would've said the exact same thing I did game 1 when Giles did what I thought he wouldn't.

Have we even beaten a team in a series with a positive win record this year?

After the leadoff walk you pull that choker at the very least.

    Yup.

They just assumed that Marwin would repeat a career and Evan Gattis wouldn't have a down year like he has a number of times.

For closer they decided to go cheap and over pay Joe "BP" Smith.

It is early for trades but the Astros have a couple holes that are major and cost them games.

The bullpen has been trash for awhile thats why we used converted starters so much in the playoffs last year... then they didn’t go after an elite bullpen arms... Smith was an ok acquisition but I thought it was obvious the bullpen needed a serious influx of talent

The budget is real, I guess, but with the free agent market downturn they had a lot of options that were better and cheaper than Gattis, for example.

hinch with the gift. It's psychological warfare. Next time we face those dreaded yanks they will be oozing with overconfidence!

Never settle! (for harris in the 9th)
