The US constantly plays their B/C team pre World Cup. They have no feel for each other out there when it’s time to show up.

pffft we need someone actually to try to shoot the ball. After that close shot at like the 5 min mark, i can count like 2 actual shots from our team. (Leah, and Dest). we tried like 16 crosses and converted like 2.

Our offense blows and our defense is meh.

The dutch aren't even doing anything amazing on offense, we just seem to crumble under pressure.

 

USA just an extension of Canada/Mexico. Lack of skill and conditioning. Can't finish.

If Netherlands wanted to, this would be 3-0 or 4-0. This is a scrimmage for them right now.

expecting 1 goal is hard enough for this offensive inept american squad, 2 goals just to tie it up?
Usually i watch the underdogs all the way to the end, but teams like Japan and S. Korea have a plan, US? not a single idea what the players are trying to do on offense.

 

Mexico and USA spend so much time **** talking each other when they should be working together to figure out how to improve the quality here. LigaMX/MLS is a joke compared to Euro ball. Someone on Reddit said it best.

The dutch media is not happy. They hate how we play and how passive we are.

 

The sad part is Netherlands are quite a beatable team, I was honestly more scared of Senegal in that group.

They aren't even doing anything amazing on offense.

 

I don't think it is over, the US boys are not done.

 

I think US have always relied on set plays, crosses, or corner kicks to net a goal.

If our players can't even do a proper cross with accuracy we are literally just praying for some miracle fluke. A striker is sorely needed on this team.

 

The US needs a finish like the Vikings Bills game. Just pure chaos.

U figured the US would have more urgency to shoot the ball after being down 1-0. I think i saw the first real attempt to shoot was like at the 40ish min mark.

Now down 2-0, i fully expect us to b more aggressive and shoot the dam ball.
