    I don't watch much NFL, so don't know all the rules or plays in certain situations.

    Why did they not go for the field goal to put them up 6 when they ran the play up the middle which resulted in them losing the ball - resulting in the Bills going back and forcing OT?

    Wouldn't it have made sense to hit your own field goal meaning the Bills would be forced to score a TD to win. I don't get it.
