Nice throw by Hank... somehow he's become the whipping boy around here, which is a very odd battle to wage against a team's backup catcher.
I turned the game off as soon as Marisnick made contact on that fly ball to left.... Marisnick wins the game! See, I was right!
Lol it might be the old fashioneds talking, but we've got two more days of this thread left, so you and buck should just chill out. Repeating yourself doesn't make anything more or less true. We're all in the blue and orange foxhole together.
Everybody is chill here... no need for policing a thread. Discussion is what this message board is for.... especially with a sport like baseball. I'd like an old fashioned please.
All good man, didn't mean to come off like the post police. Shout out to buck too, no disrespect man. The more I drink them, the worse they get. What's up w that???
Coming from the guy that had 7498 posts last year about Springer not being called up, that' really rich. I want them to get better. I love it when they do.
(two years ago) At least I was right... they were dicking him around and deserved to be called out on it. You're just sticking with your first gut impression which must be the "right" one simply because you're saying it. We all know you watch the games... but a lot of times, you see what you want to see. In the interest of putting this to bed, please take note that Marisnick will continue to have some WTF throws mixed in with some stellar ones... like most elite OFers in the history of this game do.
No less odd than you being his knight in shining armor after he throws out his first baserunner of the year. he was acquired for a decent pitching prospect plus a younger catcher who may very well be better than him. it's not an odd battle to wage. it's a trade that luhnow would love to have back if he could. conger stinks.
Very strange uproar over the backup catcher.... very strange. And now we're speaking for Luhnow... interesting. Considering that one of the main reasons they're winning is the handling of the entire pitching staff, which Conger is a part of, I'm still going to question your questioning.
