Even when he doesn’t shank them his punts blow. Returners are routinely coming forward to catch them. He’s like punting on madden or CFB25, where you can mash it and at most it only goes 43 yards.
Exactly. Very happy we won even though they played really stupid at times. Also, does that count as a game winning drive? Lmao
I did not realize that Fairbairn actually made his kick from the H for the H! Houston Texans on X: "FROM THE H, FOR THE H https://t.co/2TgRhBXsuU" / X apologies if already posted
He's dead last in the league in avg. yards per punt. Surprisingly he is top 10 in punts inside the 20, but when he needs to punt for distance, he is terrible.
Mayo would be dumb to trot Maye out against us. Unless he wants to kill that kid. Waiting till next week against the Jags is the correct move. It’s not like your going to the playoffs.
Depends who is in uniform for the Patriots game too, to a degree. If Mixon is back and/or Pearce, and/or Collins, I expect the Texans to put up a 10pt victory or better. If they are out, I think it still bodes well for our chances. I just want to see two relatively complete halves of football.
The vibe I got was that he wanted to show he still has value (maybe for another team) I was also surprised that when Nico went down that Woods didn't get more run at WR (or it felt like he didn't)
Plenty to gripe about. OL is still blowing me away with how bad they can be. Not thrilled with game planning on offense to mitigate known areas of poor performance. Defense is flying around even if they are blowing assignments left and right. Like my old college coach would say "If you're going to fk up at least fk up going full speed" ... showing up to the ball full of piss and vinegar will gnaw away at an offense. Aziz is a madman. I cant wait to have Christian Harris back at full speed next to him. Cant forget we had one of the hardest strength of schedules in the NFL before the season started. Sitting at 4-1 should be a win for all fans knowing we havent really put it together yet.
