Well, you may call them useless, but I disagree. I mean sure, you could rearrange the top 10 week to week, but I doubt any of those teams drop below the bottom 15. I sure as heck wouldn't put the Titans or Jags in anything but the bottom 10 the way their quarterbacks and teams are playing. Trevor isn't that great and Levis isn't either. Levis has a 30.2 QBR this year and only had 34 QBR last year. Trevor has a whopping 43.5 QBR. There's a reason those teams haven't won a game this year, and it's not just bad luck. In that same token. One of them will win when they play each other though. Haha
Whether you call it rankings or not, I believe there is a difference on how teams compare when you look at quarterbacks, coaches, and overall quality of players on offense and defense. Sure, the Chiefs, Lions, Bills, Vikings, and Texans aren't unbeatable on any given Sunday, but If you think teams like the Panthers, Jags, or Titans have as good of chance of going to a SuperBowl as any of them I'd laugh.
Texans have the same chance of going to the superbowl in the same stage as the Steelers this year. They're going to have to prove they belong to the same stage as KC, Bills, GB, 49ers. So far, they ain't proven nothing.
I never said they have as much of a chance as those teams with how they've played so far. I said they have a better chance than teams like the Panthers, Jags, and Titans.
The texans have an infinitely better chance to go to the superbowl than the steelers, the steelers are irrelevant without a decent qb
Infinitely? Until proven otherwise...with this OL, defense, and offense playing as is, they are on the same stage as the Steelers. Can get better ofc and I trust CJ to get Slowik to scheme better.
Well of course, those teams you mentioned would be bottom feeders and not even in the Pretender club which is really what the power ranking is all about..... Separating the legit Contender vs Pretenders (quasi-legit) to the Non Texans are clearly the popular scary dark horse pick being what they did last season and off-season moves But the NFL changes yearly to the point you forget how the Panthers/Jags/Titans have just taken Texans spot pre-Demeco-Stroud era......that was brutal to say the least but new era of time now Roll Texans Roll, no Tide necessary
Debating if I swap out Bengals WR Iosivas for Akers this week or not? What say ye fellow Texans fans? I also start Chase on the same team so double Bengals makes me nervous. But it is us and who knows what we will be game to game
