    Demeco’s way of fixing the penalties is taking the guys out for a chill dinner, hugging and laughing saying “come on guys. Let’s stop the penalties and let’s have fun. I love you guys”. Instead these guys need to be running sprint drills for every penalty until they’re throwing up
