Man I'm fearing Democo might be the "motivational speaker" type of head coach where that's he only thing he's good at.
There's just absolutely nothing special about this team aside from having a very talented QB..but that can only get you so far when he has no time or running game.

This team refuses to do a lot of things that could give us an edge. White gloves against a team wearing white uniforms would be smart. Other teams coaches also do research on the officiating crew and their tendencies but Demeco really said "if we play good enough we don't need all that". I don't like that answer. Why would you not try to get every advantage you can? This team refuses to adjust too after halftime which is why we're so awful in 2nd halves.
Demeco needs to get this team's **** together. We should be blowing the jags out just like the colts and the bears but we shoot ourselves in the foot at least 5 times on every single drive.
He won't, this is a what have you done lately type of league when it comes to young coaching prospect. He's no longer a hot name, and he'll start seeing more critics, deservingly, if this offense doesn't start taking off.
