Yeah it was uncomfortable to watch. Sucks we were out both starting safeties because they seem to be an integral part of what Demeco is trying to do. When Anderson started to get lost in the wash by the double teams nobody else could get pressure. We still need more A1 playmakers on the front 7. Felt like we didnt blitz enough when it was primtime to do it with a rookie/backup QB playing. Hopefully it gets better.
We all know the OL injuries but once again the K Green pick was an inexcusable reach. IOL picked in the top half of the 1st better be sure fire badasses. I was disappointed we didn’t go after some of the more expensive defensive FAs with all of the cap space and the need to win now. Hopefully Demeco can right the ship and our starting S returning should help. Otherwise Nick is looking pretty bad.

Why is this on Nick? 4 of the starting ol are hurt. What do you expect? Also the safeties are hurt and Ryans is in total charge of the defense in terms of acquiring talent and running the defense.
The injuries being this extensive this early in the season is like nothing I've ever seen before. All I can do is just shake my head at this point.
I wonder if he plays with a club. Dantzler is out there and played well in the preseason so there are options but I don't think Thomas will miss a game with this injury. Dbs play with broken hands all the time
