I love seeing our WR block. That’s a must in the Shanahan system. It’s also why WR like Steelers George Pickens would never see the field on our team.

I don't get it. I don't remember any significant hits on Richardson the whole game. Hunter got to him a couple of times and hit his hand/arm as he was throwing, but that's totally allowed. What plays are they asking for review?

    These two

Its weak bullshit. If you have a yoked QB who breaks tackles, expect a little mustard to take him down

The helmet to helmet to Nico was unnecessary too. You can tell their was intent by that Colts DB because he was getting burnt so much.

Just wait til you watch back the game and see the Colts defender try to give CJ a knee to the head after he released the ball on that 4th and 1 conversion.

He’s a runner at that point, there is no protection

The second video AR's helmet mainly hits the shoulder pads. Not helmet to helmet

This is at the point of impact. Pic below. sorry for the odd format

They'd have a point if it was for the bodyslam. You haven't been able to do that for a couple of seasons. rulebook wise. I was livid when they did that to our boy Money Mills. It was vs the Titans 2022.

Also Pierce, this one did get called

I guess I can see their point on the slinging him to the ground, but when you've got a QB that's the size of a linebacker and is known for running and breaking tackles, there needs to be some leeway there for defenders to get him to the ground. If they treat him like he's Kirk Cousins then he's just gonna break the tackle and keep running. The helmet to helmet is ridiculous. Not only did the helmets not really connect, but he's a runner at that point. Seems to me the Colts are making a great argument for why it's not a great idea to let their franchise QB run all over the field and lower his head to get tough yards.

Did Demeco or anyone on the Texans ever speak to the mess that was the end of the 1st half? Did they really not get informed by the refs that they gave the Colts their timeout back and would roll the clock? I'm really curious to hear their side of that.

I can see them being upset with the sack and begging for a flag during a game, but I don't think the two are all that similar. my biased take maybe
