    They signed a TON of starters this past offseason - Eovaldi, Heaney, DeGrom and Odorizzi, DeGrom has been hurt and Odo is out for the year, but Eovaldi and Heaney are pitching their asses off. Then, guys they acquired last year that sucked like Dunning and Jon Gray are now also pitching their asses off. Perez had regressed to his pre-2022 self, I hope the other journeymen they have starting regress soon too.

    Brantley is an infinitely better player than Julks.

    27% K rate? .289 OBP and .387 SLG?

    Brantley's career averages are 10.8%, .356, and .439 and have never has a season of numbers that low.

    That's like saying Brandon Bielak is about as good as Framber Valdez

    It just goes to show how unjust the ejection and how wrong Jerry Layne was.

    I'm sure MLB was contractually obligated to fine Citron so made the fine as small as they could.
