I always thought Gallo looked like a douche. Not DJ LeMehieau level of course. I’m sure he’s a wonderful human being outside of baseball.
Yep, Yordan LF - Dubon 2B - Altuve DH should be the lineup just about every time Framber starts, especially at home.
Despite the dubious posts about this series' outcone, Astros likely win it Minnesota's offense is average and Stros tend to perform well against better pitching. Plus Altuve is playing. France's not sucking like last home start would help too
I have a signed ball from that fella as his uncle, I think, quite close relation anyway, was a plumber at my stepdad’s gaff in Houston. The fella passed it to us when he was very early in his career at The Dodgers (spit). Was quite tickled that he ended up winning a World Series albeit taking us out on the way. So, I’d rather he hadn’t but I’ll take 2nd prize. Anyway, as you were.
Like the lineup, except Dubon proved last year he should NEVER be in the outfield unless there are no better options. We have better options, so not sure about that decision. WIth that said, Dubon has earned playing time this year, so I understand why Dusty is trying to find opportunities for him. \ Bottom line, from what I've seen, Dubon is an infielder that can somewhat play the outfield...just not very well.
I'd have done Alvarez LF, Altuve 2B, Dubon 2B. But I'm glad Meyers is in CF, and Dubon is not. He does not belong in CF.
That’s likely game looked like Dubon might have had a chance to catch that bloop single if he hustled or was there no chance?
