You'd think the Stros would have the scouting report that says do not throw get ahead fastballs to the Twins, they will hit them.

We need another reliever. All Rondon had to do was clear the **** part of their lineup and the game was over.

Yep. That was supposed to be James's job.

Twins bull pen isn’t good so should be able to get a few runs back just need to keep them from scoring again.

Work to be done in the bully imo. Devo mostly put in low leverage spots, Rondon still has much to prove imo, James has not looked good. Plenty of time for guy to get it together, but I kind of feel like Devo, Rondon won’t play significant roles when it matters most.

Rondon.....almost gave the game back to the Twins. I feel bad for Miley. Miley isn't special but he keeps the team in it and deserved a win today.

They need James to turn it around. Rondon & Harris are good guys to have, but they need 1 more high-leverage arm.

Wonder what the Giants would want for Tony Watson?

Watson has been good this year so far. Think he’d even be available?

I think James issues can easily be turned around unless there is something going on that we don’t know about which I highly doubt.

Agree we need another arm regardless.

    Marisnick getting some late-game PT.

Score a run. Save a run.

Not getting Correa home after the leadoff 2B last inning looms slightly large right now.

Last guaranteed year of his contract (has a 2.5M player option for next year). Giants are in soft rebuild mode. They may choose to hold on to him until closer to the deadline, but I'd at least call them. Will Smith and Melancon too, but they'd have to kick in a bunch of money for Melancon.

Haven’t seen how Melancon has been, but someone I’d definitely be interested in too.

Kind of early, but yeah I’d start kicking the tires on guys.
