But then, neither you nor I can vote against him any harder than we previously aimed to. If the Scarfaces of the electorate think it's fine then it's not going to hurt Trump.

Ever notice how Trump projects his own personal cognitive issues onto everyone else? He went on a
1 AM crazy rampage on his social media site spewing ridiculous claims of the terrible physical and mental health of Kamala. He's claimed to be in better health than Obama. LOL

This is coming from the mouth of a guy who has been showing glaring cognitive problems for months, and it's getting more frequent and disturbing.

Yet....it's everyone else, not him. That's always how he projects his problems, whether it's his criminal acts, his physical health, his mental health or his lying and fake news.

Trump says Black and Latino voters who back Harris need their 'head examined,' echoing an increasingly frequent barb

Trump’s closing message to a number of different groups increasingly includes this harsh line: Members of the group not voting for him need to have their "head examined."

“Any African American or Hispanic that votes for Kamala … you got to have your head examined,” Trump said during a rally in Atlanta on Tuesday night.

It's part of an ongoing trend of the former president telling specific demographic groups that they deserve ridicule or have something wrong with their mental state if they're not voting for him.

Trump has most often used the construct when speaking of Jewish voter who support Harris or, before her, President Joe Biden. For most of this election cycle, when asked about or discussing the Jewish vote, Trump has used some version of they should “have their head examined.”

He's said "Any Catholic that votes for Comrade Kamala Harris should have their head examined."

He's also said “If any senior does not vote for Trump, we’re gonna have to send you to a psychiatrist to have your head examined.”

There will always be those that don't care if they vote for an old man with concerning cognitive issues, or a guy that is a convicted felon if he is white and racist. It's a wet dream for some people that he refuses to denounce white Supremacists and right wing violence. Those types love that he will stand by them and have their back, propose total immunity for racist dirty cops, and is promising to retaliate with force against any minorities commiting the same type violent acts. They don't care if he rips apart the Constitution, or inserts loyalists willing to back a far right Dictatorship or Authoritarian regime. He already has them cheering for his racial lies, and siding with Putin and other far right leaders. Lies don't matter to those types.

They aren't voting for him for his crazy tax tariff plan. His economic plan is raising numerous red flags. They aren't voting for him if they want truth and transparency. That's not gonna happen from the mouth of a pathological liar. They aren't voting for him if they think he cares about unions, workers rights, or our environment. They certainly aren't voting for him for his healthcare plan. Nope

Maybe they love his vulgar and racist digs at black women, or all women. I'm sure there are plenty of men who think women are beneath them, or men who would rather be shot than vote for a black woman. It's scary, but I do believe that's not the majority of Americans, and Harris will win just like Biden did. There have never been so many Republicans, Generals, and high ranking officials saying their candidate is unfit to serve in my lifetime. That's huge!

I don't know if this is accurate but I read he does his own make up which could explain this. In all seriousness, if you look at trump talk 5 years ago and now it's like night and day, its the same transformation that hit Biden, if you look at 4-5 years ago the dude was spitting fire and now looks like he is confused and has a hard time walking around. Being the Prez take literal years off these folks, and I think you get to a point where father time catches up to you, it happened to Biden sooner because he is a tad older, but I think the same thing is happening to trump.........his rambling at times is bizarre and he looks super unhealthy.....................I have to imagine the stress of doing this is not for the lighthearted. This is another reason I was proud of Joe, he got out but to be honest the DNC should have had someone go from the get go as should the GOP. Haley as the top of the ticket and this could possibly be over at this point

Why do you feel the need to defend him? Don't you have your libertarian candidate to worry about? Well I suppose you already know the outcome on that last part.

It's very easy to say "I disavow white supremacists. OK, happy?"

What would be more compelling is if he explained why he disavows them and it was something deeper than their support is inconvenient to him.

I don't understand this sentiment I see everywhere. Trump was a rambling moron during The Apprentice. The infamous nuclear quote was 2016.

LOL, nice try. Words. Meaningless words. He calls the white supremacist and racist hate groups from Jan 6th Patriots. He has promised them pardons many times. He even plays their song like a national anthem at rallies. He calls those from Mexico, Haiti, El Salvador, Honduras and other countries filthy, animals, diseased, and other sickening racist derogatory things. You and I have a completely different view of what racism is if you can't see that. He says they are poisoning the blood of this country. They aren't that white European blood that he wants representing American genes.

You believe what you want, but don't insult my intelligence by telling me that guy isn't a racist. He'll sell anyone a trinket or a fake story for a vote or cash.

A federal judge has ordered Alabama to stop trying to purge voters before Election Day

A federal judge on Wednesday temporarily blocked Alabama’s voter removal program in one of the major legal fights over voter purges in Republican-led states ahead of this fall’s Election Day.

The court ruling comes after the Justice Department and civil rights groups represented by the Campaign Legal Center challenged what the office of Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen, a Republican, has called “strategic efforts” to “remove noncitizens registered to vote” from the state’s voter rolls.

A federal law known as the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) bans Alabama and other states from systematically removing people from their lists of registered voters within 90 days of a federal election, also known as the “quiet period” before Election Day.

In August, 84 days before Election Day, Allen announced a process for purging 3,251 registered Alabama voters who had been issued noncitizen identification numbers by the Department of Homeland Security. Non-U.S. citizens are not allowed to vote in federal and state elections. But among those put on the path to removal, Allen acknowledged, are U.S. citizens who were naturalized and are eligible to vote.

In the decision, U.S. District Judge Anna Manasco, who was nominated by former President Donald Trump, ruled that the state violated the NVRA’s “quiet period” provision and ordered Allen to put the voter removal program on pause through Nov. 5.

“This year, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen (1) blew the deadline when he announced a purge program to begin eighty-four days before the 2024 General Election, (2) later admitted that his purge list included thousands of United States citizens (in addition to far fewer noncitizens, who are ineligible to vote), and (3) in any event, referred everyone on the purge list to the Alabama Attorney General for criminal investigation,” Manasco wrote in the court order.

Similar lawsuits have been filed in Virginia by the Justice Department, as well as the Virginia Coalition for Immigrant Rights. They are challenging an August executive order by Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin that calls for “daily updates” to the state’s voter list in order to remove “individuals who are unable to verify that they are citizens” to Virginia’s Department of Motor Vehicles.

The timing of the voter removals under the order violated the NVRA’s “quiet period” restriction, Virginia’s challengers argue. In court filings, they also point out that the DMV data used to determine a voter’s U.S. citizenship status can be wrong or out of date.

Youngkin, in a statement, called the DOJ lawsuit “a desperate attempt to attack the legitimacy of the elections” in Virginia.

That was echoed by Trump, who has been pushing baseless allegations of widespread noncitizen voting while campaigning for a second term. Providing no evidence, Trump said in a post on his social media platform that the Justice Department’s legal challenge is one of “the Greatest Examples of DOJ Weaponization” that was done to “CHEAT on the Election” by putting “Illegal Voters” back on Virginia’s voter rolls.

Another potential legal fight over recent voter purges is brewing in Ohio. Voting rights groups led by the American Civil Liberties Union sent a letter dated Oct. 3 to Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, a Republican, pointing to mass voter removals in some of the state’s counties that they argue did not follow NVRA requirements. The groups said they’re prepared to go to court if changes are not made within 20 days.

Because I think it is hilarious that people say, "Trump won't disavow white supremacy! ZOMG! Racist!" and I get to post a 5 minute video of him disavowing white supremacy over and over again.
I've done my part for my libertarian candidate:

Why? Then the goalposts would just move again. The claim was that he refused to condemn white supremacy, and I showed that the claim was bullshit.
The "nice try" was your r****ded claim that he refuses to disavow white supremacists and right-wing violence. Clearly, he doesn't. He denounced it very clearly, over and over again. Also @duvasa, see above re: moving the goalposts.

You’re making my point for me. It’s not worth it to him to actually explain what’s wrong with white supremacy because it doesn’t serve him politically. He doesn’t think the payoff is worth it.

Trump is still a hate spewing racist. He's also incites right wing violence, and fills the warped minds of his so called "Patriots" from right wing extremist hate groups, but promises them pardons if they get violent. He incites all the other racists around Redneckville American towns and Trump rallies around the country with derogatory and flat out lies about people immigrants from countries that don't have that what he considers pure blood. Not poisoned blood like that of immigrants coming from outside Europe. He spews this stuff at right wing conferences, on right wing networks, at his rallies and all over his failing social media forum. It's toxic. He's toxic.[/QUOTE]

I wonder how many Nazis referred to themselves as mass murderers? Probably not many.

Of course Trump's a racist. So are a large chunk of his fool supporters.
