Turnaround starts here. I'm thinking we take 2 out of the next 3. If I had my preference, I'd take division/conference wins over a win against Philly. Titans - W @ Eagles - L Ravens (MNF + Battle Red) - W @ Titans - W @ Broncos - W Jags - W 5-1 down the stretch, and 9-7 overall No playoffs this year AFC East: Pats/Jets AFC North: Steelers AFC West: Chargers AFC South: Colts Wildcards: Jets/Pats and Ravens (10-6) If we win out, we'll get in having the tiebreaker over the Ravens. Happy Thanksgiving!!
Any fan who makes ****ty worthless excuses like the ones above and the ones I mentioned is a complete idiot and a sore loser.
should i start moss? i mean, the dude has been turrible and IT'S THE TEXANS SECONDARY!! should've trade him when i had that damn chance!!!
This is what I thought, but if the Colts somehow trickle down to 10-6, we'll have the tiebreaker over them and we can host a playoff game in Reliant!
Really the only hope is winning the division, which I is pretty ridiculous to discuss as a possibility. Wild card will be a 10-6 or better shootout between the AFC East and North. If not them then we have to consider the Jags who are doing more with less, and the upstart West teams with both the best overall offense and the best running team probably duking it out.
we can only afford to lose 1 more game. the best game is the eagles game. non conference/divisional. Colts are 6-4 and have to play the Chargers Sunday. Jags have to play at NYG. If we win and the Chargers and Giants win like they should we will be 1 game back with 5 to go.
The Texans should absolutely, positively win this game. If they have one shred of will, determination, and heart they must win this game. Will they win? If they lose in the last seconds again, what will they say? Same all scripts. Losing has been thoroughly rehearsed. I made the prediction two weeks ago that they will not win another game, even the Denver game. I will stick with it. And when this disaster of season is all over, I want to hear McNair explain why Kupe is such a great coach. And you know he will do it, in some illogically distorted way.
Texans are 6 point favorites. Nothing is ever safe with this damn team, even at home against a rookie QB.
Of course it will. If Kubiak shows that he can't get/stay competitive in this division after 5 seasons of complete control then he should surely pack his bags. Imagine if they go 1-5 in the division two years in a row; just pathetic.
Everything is lining up for them to rocket towards .500 or above to finish the year. I hope no one is fooled by it.
I agree. If the Texans lose this game it will be the most embarrassing defeat in franchise history, in my opinion. More so than the Rosencopter game. I know the Texans usually have no name players look like Hall of Famers, but they can't let Rusty Smith beat them. I'm sure the Titans game plan is to run the ball. As bad as the Texans defense is, they are halfway decent against the run. Keep the Titans in second and long and third and long situations. Blitz like there's no tomorrow. Pressure, pressure, pressure will be the key for the defense to stop Tennessee. Texans 29 Titans 17 If Andre Johnson gets four receptions he will become the only receiver with at least 60 receptions a year in his first 8 seasons.
Endorsements deals , Movie roles....He about to hit the lotto!!! 300 yards and 3 TD's plus orchestrating the 2 minute drill to win the game with a pass to a receiver never heard of ....Vince stupid ....he could've waited a week to have his b**** fit!!!...he could have solidified his starting job after this week....Gotta be smart and think of the big picture Vincent!!!!!!
