Sorry, you sound like the one coming up with excuses here. Oh I'm sorry, the Texans didn't play well. Cincy had an off day, therefore the Texans D probably actually sucked except that Benson's whole team wasn't supporting him.

Oh, Gore's first week back from an injury. Was that his excuse in week 1 against Arizona when everyone praised the Cardinals' run D?

Come on. Clearly adding a safety and a LB (Cushing came back) had a lot to do with the Texans defense changes. To ignore that is just stupid and biased.

Johnson is a fantastic, fantastic back. The t***' run game is solidly above average.

    Let's kick their asses anyway.

    VAMOS!!

absolutely. i have money on Johnson getting 2k yards this year (longshot bet, but i just threw a little down to see if the odds could come back for fun)

    Still can beat them down!

And there's nothing wrong with that. It's called being a fan and it's a helluva lot more fun than being ambivalent about it like a lot of us were for the first 5+ years of this team’s existence.

I’m leaving now to go home. I’ve been trying to hold back my excitement about this game all week, but I can hardly do it anymore. I’m going to a MNF party at a friend’s house and I’ll be decked out in Texans gear, double-fisting beers and screaming my ass off the entire time. Tomorrow’s going to be hangover city, since I’m already a little sick anyway, but I’m not going to let it bother me tonight. If we win, it'll all be worth it.

See you on the other side! Go Texans!

I hope to god we come out and knock the piss out of the Titans. I want Mario to have a huge game like his last nationally televised game. We need this win more than we needed the Colts win.

    C'Mon HOUSTON!!!!

Just coming by to say that I'm really looking forward to this game.

I don't think this has too much importance to a Charger's fan since we're aiming at taking the division but... Andre Johnson is amazing.

I want Cushing to eat the still-beating heart of Vince Young and crap it out with such velocity that it hits Bud Adams up in his suite.

OK, maybe I'm overstating a little.

Two weeks ago I predicted that Vince Young would be rolling out, avoiding Cushing, but in mid-stride, he'll take his Titans jersey off, have a Texans jersey underneath it, and run into his towards his own end zone, handing Cushing the ball at the 1 for a touchdown.

    I still stand by that.

This will happen after Cushing gives Chris Johnson a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick to the face, causing him to fumble to ball, curl up in a fetal position, and yell for his mommy.

Cushing has been training in Navasota with Chuck Norris. You heard it here first.

You have to admit -- VY starting makes this game much more interesting.

Let's hope the Texans will score the first time they get the ball. They haven't scored on their first possession all season.

Get a lead early and ride the crowd's enthusiasm.

    Go Texans!
