This is the first elite d-line the offensive line has faced since Minnesota... and we know what happened to Schaub that game. Schaub gets sacked either way on that pass... but the fact that he was rolling left left him blind to the right side happenings (normally, that play is designed so that Schaub can see what's happening on his weak side). If Kearse is going to have his way against Winston, Schaub shouldn't be rolling left too often.
No matter which team you are pulling for, I can't imagine someone watching the game and NOT enjoying the chance to see Chris Johnson and Steve Slaton play. It's always exciting to see backs who are explosive enough to take it to the house on any play. Plus, both backs are showing that they can take the beating of running between the tackles, too. Both squads should be pleased with those draft picks so far.
Titans D-line playing very well so far. Slaton bottled up, and Kearse getting pressure. Those penalties are killing 'em, though.
So... are all these plays designed jailbreaks or something? Matt has 3 Titans in his grill every time.
They have to make some adjustments quickly. Can't keep relying on the titans being stupid...though they seem to be good at it.
Once again we are seeing kubiak being out coached! but at least it's by one of the best! the texans also suck at making adjustments in any part of the game!
It's hard to make adjustments on your first full drive of the game... I can't watch the game, but from what it seems to me, our offense is spread out so much, that when we run out of room (i.e. in the red zone), we kind of get bottled up because we have to protect Schaub for longer, and we don't have an offensive line good enough to power block in short yardage/red zone situations.
