The Defense would have to keep them to 14-10 points which is possible since we do better against the run.

Not sure I can see this one going the Texan's way.

I know the Titans already clinched the division but I think with a win on Sunday, they'll clinch homefield advantage for the playoffs.

We've been playing better as of late but the O-Line better be ready for that Titans D.

I guess losers win three in a row, huh [motherfudgin' TWICE this season] ? You are the worst of the pessimists, mister MSN... or shall I say the BEST? :p

It would be pretty miraculous to win this game. The key, as I can see it, is for the defense to remain fresh the whole game. This team has shown a remarkable ability to stuff the run for the first half, maybe 3 quarters of a game. But against good rushing teams, invariably they get tired and the opposition busts out long runs and runs the score up. Texans can't do that. They have to remain stalwart up the middle on defense. The offense not turning the ball over and letting the defense stay off the field to get a rest would go a long way towards keeping our D fresh...but I really don't expect a low turnover game from the Texans. They ate us up last time, and teams that can get pressure on Schaub have proven that they can force him into some really, really bad decisions.

So, basically, low turnovers and don't let up the gas on defense.

I'll go ahead and say Texan win, because that's what my heart says. But my mind says this will probably go down as another L, albeit a competitive one.

A good barometer is Vegas. They are only giving the Titans 3.5 pts.

Tough week for me fantasy football wise... playoffs have started and I've got AJ, Walter, and Slaton going up against this beastly defense.

I hope the "good" Texans come to play. The ones who have shown the ability to move the ball on the ground and in the air with the best of teams.

I guess this is a pretty big test on my fandom if I stick with my Texans or bench them in favor of better match-ups!

    wow that's pretty crazy...

even i'd have a tough time not taking the Titans with that line.. and that's with me thinking the Texans have a good shot at winning the game

Come on Dorito, with the selective facts. Winning three in a row, "TWICE this season", eh? Where'd the 7 come from in their W/L record? From the FOUR-game losing streak and the THREE-game losing streak.

I love the Texans. Until they win more games than they lose, however, they are--by definition--losers.

    Loser: one who loses.

I will say this: they're losers for sure, but:
    --They're our losers, dammit
--The future's looking brighter than ever

Everyone besides the 72 Dolphins are losers, by definition.
But rooting for losers keeps all the true fans together. If we went 19-0 how boring would the boards be?

Nah; should the Texans finish 8-8 I'd give them a pass. And should they finish 9-7 I'd call them "winners". "Elite" or "Champions", no, but at least they'd finally have a wining record as opposed to a losing record.

Last week the Pack was favored by 7

I'm with MSN on this one. Let them know that there will be consequences for even attempting to hit schaub.

With Vanden Bosch out for the game, does make it a more winnable game...

Did I say I hope he hurts him on purpose? Or that I wish injury upon him?

It was a simple prediction, why dont you cry about it a little more?

Think I care if you think the Titans aren't a contender? The texans are included in the laughing stock of the league, and aren't close to making the playoffs in the next 5 years. Get ready to see a real football team sunday play football in houston, go titans!
