Merril Hoge is a loser!!!! Let him continue to provide reasons why the Titans are "hiding" VY and not "highlighting him"....

The Texans definitely made the right choice with the safer draft pick.

    Sincerely,

LOL, where were all the Titan fans the previous 3 years???

VY's gonna be great, but here's to his team falling short every year.

Yeah, I am calling out people's character.

    Win with some class, please.

Don't look to start arguments and ruffle feathers.

If Vince had blown goats and Carr had gone off I wouldn't be rubbing people's noses in it.

Now go ahead and reply saying how I'm using a fake holier-than-thou-attitude so this pissing match can progress forward.

Class? You've got Texans' fans here wishing a horrific career ending injury to happen to Vince Young.

Where in my post did I say they played?

You're in here with this holier-than-thou attitude ( :) ) about not rubbing salt in wounds to someone whose team lost.

This happens all the time. It's a sports-themed board. Get over it.

Please. If Vince screwed up, you, Mr Meowgi, Ric, and the other haters would be here in 2 seconds.

Obviously if the Texans never had a chance to draft Vince, then no one would give a crap. They made their choice and like anything else, you live with the consequences.

And now you're on the losing end, you're crying like a little whiny b*tch.

    So?

Are you using this to justify being arseholes or something?

No this wasn't a shot at A&M at all fruity, more a prophecy against Jarhead. Two years of Texans losing (90% of hapening) and being remebered as the guy who passed -staked his rep - on VY for Carr, is plenty to get fired. Might pull a Pete Carroll for ya'll.

    Don't be so zthenzthetive.

Nice... Very nice way of thinking...

Can't beat the Titans on the field so lets hope Vince Young suffers a "Theisman style career ending injury"... That way the Texans will be a lot better!!!

Well your post had everything to do with UT football, and like, they weren't playing today.

It was Houston vs. Tennessee i thought.

You're a Titans fan? Or just a Texans fan when it's convenient for you?

This thread is worse than a T_J v. Batman Jones thread in the D & D or Old Man Rock vs. Van Gundier thread in GARM (well maybe not that bad.)

People, People Please... Can we all just agree that we are still fans of Houston as we are either rooting for the Houston team or the Houston product?

Can't we all just get along?

yea, i know. it just irks me when people who never cared for a team before all of a sudden become a "fan". i'm not gonna argue what makes a fan a fan. i happen to run into a good number of people who are all about front runners. Go Texans.

It's called making a comparison to a like situation. Honestly, it's not that hard to understand.

We wouldn't have a football team for the next 20 years if it wasn't for Bob McNair. There is a lot of memory loss around here about what a miracle it was that LA lost their expansion slot to Houston. Only someone as connected and as well-respected with the other owners as McNair would have had a chance at stealing the slot from LA. And LA, the second largest market in the county, still doesn't have a team, nor one in sight.
