    I'm 100% Texan fan.

But damn this team gives me more heartbreak than the Oilers did.

This game couldn't go any worse.

I feel sorry for Bob McNair spent all this money and things couldn't have gone any worse. But he has my support and my wallet things will get better eventually.

W/O Mr. McNair we'd have no team.

that's because the Browns became the Ravens and Cleveland still had the Browns. i think that would have made a world of difference for this franchise to be able to hold on to the logo, history, colors, etc of the team that was already here, before. bud wouldn't let us do that.

Vince Young basically just shoved it right down their throat, flat provided everyone THE reason he should have been in Houston's crosshairs as THE guy for their franchise. I'm happy for him and will enjoy seeing his continued improvement and successes that come along with it.

I professed long ago that my team was the TEXANS. I don't care what happened today, its how its staying. BANDWAGONERS, please keep talking on and on about your hero Vince so you can be exposed and make it easier for us to ignore you.

    PLAY OF THE GAME:

Not the last one....its the kickoff where Anderson had his hands on the ball and couldn't keep it. Would have won the game right there.

I'm sorry, did Houston's team win today?

No, they didn't. It doesn't take a genius to read the letters on the TV or the stitching on the jersey.. Houston vs. Tennessee.. HOUSTON LOST.

And its a pretty f*cking sad show for people to rub salt in wounds and gloat.

Pretty f*cking sad indeed, but I guess people's true character is coming out.

Tmac is a bigger peace of crap then Carr. Atleast Carr isnt overconfident. Tmac has to be one of the most overconfident players in the nba. Thats why he has never gotten out of the first round. 2 wins and he is sticking his fingers up, bragging, thinking he has got it all. He is the reason we never got past the mavs. He chocked in the clutch but most of all he was just too cocky.

Kubiak is an idiot. He is too conservative and doesnt ****in let Carr do anything. Why did we have to stall on our fg game tieing drive. HE ****in ran the ball and played it safe. He has done that way too many times in the game. ON 3rd and 4 where he just runs the ball. He doesnt trust Carr at all. With no ****in trust, how the **** is Carr going to succeed.

This was a big game for Mario too, but i dont even know if he played. He was completely ineffective.

And let's not forget that he made his "new stadium" demand to the city on the heels of a 2 win season but that's all water under the bridge now...

see...this is what i'm talking about...

character??? character??? because of a football game?? because they rooted for a team that's not your team??? because somehow in your mind they're lesser people because they haven't pledged allegiance to a 5 year old franchise??

please, man. spare me all that crap. i understand making that argument when you're talking astros and rockets. i really do. but this is entirely different.

I'm a former Oiler's fan that roots for the Titans and in my mind still consider them the Oilers. I will root for the Texans but since the Texans have started after I left Houston I've never felt the same attachment to them as the team in Columbia Blue that I remember as a kid.

no kidding. but when cleveland got a team again...it was the Browns.

the Browns never played in Baltimore. there never existed the Baltimore Browns.

Cleveland never got a new franchise with all new team logos, colors, history and identity.

    Immature.

    And stupid.

What he's saying is the team was able to use the same name/color/history WHEN THEY CAME BACK.

If the Texans were the Oilers, it'd be a lot different for a lot of people.

I beg to differ. You spare ME.

Its not about franchise allegiance. Its cheering for your town, your city, your HOME.

A lot of VY fans are really disappointing me in how they're behaving on this board because of this... maybe they're all closet Titans fans still. But regardless, show some sportsmanship, guys.

I don't care who your root for, make your decision and be done with it, but don't act like a jackass when your team wins and intetionally rub the dogsh*t in people's noses.

This is the crap I don't understand. What the hell does this have to do with Kubiak being an Aggie? Why these A&M shots?
