I guess they are letting us know tight away that Singleton won’t be the replacement. Shame, Singleton did really well while Abreu was down in florida. I guess the opposing dominant lefty pitcher could be the reason lol
This guy is almost 30 and hasn't ever showed much of anything in the big leagues. In fact he's been terrible. He's been pretty good at AAA. Maybe he's a late bloomer, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
He’s got negative WAR this season. His defense isn’t good and his base running is a negative as well. I guarantee if Abreu was cut before the season and Singleton was given 1B, everyone would be complaining about him. Instead, Abreu was so bad that people actually became excited for him.
Yes but the only time Singleton was made the full time starter, he did well. Once Abreu returned and Jon’s playing time became spotty again, he understandably slumped.
Astros need to stop bulls***ing. Altuve should've been on 3rd base, but half-arsed assuming a HR. Eta- would've scored on that grounder
yordan, i don't get you man. you swung at the pitch that was at your shin but look off on the one at your knees?
