If Wang is doing well at World cup with Yao, Rockets may be interested in him,

So today, July 19, after sending off his national team mates for Europe (7 games in 6 cities of France and Spain in 12 days) in the morning around 09:30am, Yao Ming stayed behind and started his running and gym exercise in his continuous quest to be able to return to his top competitive shape and form for the World Championship.

Just notice from all the photos of Yao here, he seldom wear National Team jersey in those photos. Wonder if it was due to Nike's sponsorship.

You mean this guy?? He is Mo Ke, the fiery 24-year-old 6ft 10 power forward of the national team.

Damn. Yao looks freaking pumped in this picture.

I know I'm a broken record on this subject, but I just love Yao's work ethic. If Yao doesn't carry us to the promised land and bring home multiple titles, it won't be due to lack of trying. Yao is the f***ing s***. Ya heard.

I think that if Yao was rushing back too soon it would have become obvious before now.

He looks like he is doing great. And he looks like he's in the best shape ever.

I can't wait to see what he does this year. All of the Rockets should be working this hard and be this dedicated. An underachieving team like the one we had last seaon has alot to prove.

Yao is a great example of the kind of work ethic that is needed in order to improve.

I highly doubt it considering his consistent failure in the NBA

Doorman: Well, at least, I'm not carrying a purse.

    Wang: It's not a purse. It's European!

In his capacity as the Global Ambassador for Special Olympics, Yao Ming took a short break from his rehabilitation training in Beijing today (July 21), and attended the inaugurial launch of a series of commercials promoting the 2007 Special Olympics (to be held in the summer of 2007 in Shanghai). He presented 3 Special Olympics Chinese athletes the following presents: a pair of running shoes, a basketball autographed by Yao Ming himself with the Houston Rockets #11 logo on it, and a sports shirt with 10 Special Olympics souvenir pins on it.
