Nobody is arguing that Tyrod was the reason we won.

And Tyrod has had one freak performance against the second worst team in the league, Mills was against the now number 1 seed in AFC. Tyrod wouldn’t have won a single game against the competition Mills faced. Mills has way higher upside than Tyrod on arm talent and youth alone.
Defense has played lights out last two games, one where Tyrod had the worst game of the season at QB and one where he managed the game

I literally quoted someone claiming that he won the game for us.

THIS^^^^ "He won the game for us."

Anyway, Tyrod played well enough for us to win. Davis Mills may eventually be a decent backup. It is what it is.

Anyway, what are you arguing? Tyrod Taylor isn't the future? Mills is?

Piss off and just let me enjoy a shitty win over the BS titans.

Each Texan unit played well. I'd say Titans may have overlooked this team a bit, but whatever. Celebrating wins is a good thing for morale and who doesnt like beating the Titans? We literally own them on their field its awesome even in a tank year.

Tyrod showed the 6th sense. Knowing when to run and how to avoid pressure is a vital skill for an NFL QB. He showed poise behind a decrepit OLine and thus he gives this team the best chance to be competitive and give fans SOMETHING to tune in for. I also would prefer for Burkhead to be the lead back if he could handle the load.

Whoever the QB is next year ;Tyrod or Mills; wont matter since they would just be keeping the seat warm for CJ Stroud! (hopefully).

That's some tough talk for an internet message board.

Unfortunately, the Texans aren’t doing a good job of tanking. They could wind up with 4 or 5 wins and out of the running for a top 5 pick.

There are only 2 winnable games left (NY/JAX) , but thats not a bad thing. Value wise creeping out of the top 5 might not be the worst thing to happen depending on the draft order. Im not getting too optimistic this team has shown that they can lose with the best of them, yesterday being a rivalry game just upped the intensity a bit.

I don't know about 4-5, but they may sneak another win or 2.

U say that but we have plenty of games where the offense under him produce jack sht. Still has yet to win a game as a starter.

Tyrod and Co bested a high quality team, something mills has yet to do.

U sure like to sht on tyrod performance, even though any Texans fan would celebrate that we actually won with an okay qb rather than fawning over a rookie back up qb who had shtty performances.

It's a team effort, and rather u refuse to admit it or not, tyrod did enough to get us the win.
U don't like it so u sht on the man just bc mills is benched, pretty distasteful.

When you tell someone to piss off when you responded to them, what’s that? Tough or sensitive?

No where have I **** on Tyrod performance for this game. He is what he is, a back up and spot starter with no upside. The absolute high side for him is Fitzpatrick.

And Mills game against Pats is far better than any game Tyrod has had. While Tyrod has had the worst game of the season for the Texans against Miami

To add to that, 5 turnovers won this game. They had 190 yards of offense. Tyrod didn’t lose the game, that is all he had to do. Good job, was way better than he was against Miami.
He still tried to give it away in the second half.
And no, I don’t care if he does good or bad. I don’t want the Texans to win at all this year, it does nothing to help the future.

Fitting that on Jeff Fisher Day his former team decided that 8 wins was enough.

We had a win, and u are downplaying tyrod. U don't like him as a qb even though our two wins so far this entire shtty season was under his playstyle.

2nd win of a shtty season and all u can do is give out Backhand compliments. Ex: he won but he is a backup spot start with no upside. Defense won us the game, not tyrod. etc.

U sht on people and btch about how some folks r "rooting against our piss poor rookie qb" and not a tru texans fan, but lo and behold u can't celebrate us winning b/c tyrod isn't your ideal qb.

Some of us don't fking care who is qb (tyrod vs mills) as long as we r winning. we root for whoever getting us wins, for u it has to b mills. U hate watson fans, look at yourself in the mirror bro.

Why are we rooting for wins? We just ruined our draft pick. We can't even tank right. Typical Texans messing up a good thing.
