    The Titans has the best RB in the league, a top 5 defense, a coach whose not a moron and also making above average decisions, a decent football manager QB.

    That's how you can dominate a weak division for years to come.

    At least smart tough and dependable guys got paid like Scarlett, Murray, Mercilus, Cole, Cunningham, etc while Mathieu, Jackson and Clowney were shown the door.

    This shouldn't be surprising, the team has almost no legitimate NFL caliber talent on either side of the ball due to years of BOB running everyone worth a damn out the door.

    This rebuild is going to take quite a while.
