I'm ok with keeping Wade as DC unless a new candidate becomes available. Most of the DCs I want are already employed or going to be head coaches soon.
Plus as much as HE would like to return as DC it more than likely won't happen with a new regime coming in with their own staff.... Good luck out their Wade, we really did have some good times and bad times with you here.

Don't sugar coat it JJ, tell us how you really feel. Really though, it's good that someone is willing to put it out there that they sucked and assume some responsibility, even though it's coming from just about the one guy I wouldn't blame for any of this disaster.
I think we're treating Schaub pretty harsh. He had some good moments when he was here. One bad year doesn't discount all the good years he gave us. Btw, wtf happened him? He looks so mentally weak now.
