I'll give him credit for going 7/15 for 84 yards and 1 TD passing. 4 for 44 yards rushing and 1 TD. Amazing game. Carr does suck worse however.
Dude, he got 5 TO's to play with, Jerkoff punkass Jones with a PR TD, Carr gives up a fumble for a TD at near end of first half, less than 200 yds total offense. We handed it to them. Give me a break! Sage just ran out of time. A real team would've blown us up sky high!
Well, there goes the season series versus the Titans. That was our lone chance at a win against them this year, and we blew it. Why the one chance? I totally expect VY to play like a combination of Dan Marino (arm) and Michael Vick (legs) in front of the "home" crowd in Houston on December 10th. (The Texans crowd will probably cheer him on, too.)

I know everyone is mad at David Carr because he played horrendous. He cost us the game, but not single handedly. Even though he was consistent so far this season, AJ also played a part in us losing. His first drop and INT led to a VY TD pass. Then his second drop led us to punt. That punt was the Pacman return for a TD. So that's a 14 point turnaround right there with which we could have one. Sage was amazing today, and it showed fans once again why everyone loved him in the preseason. The difference between him and Carr was shown on an incomplete pass. On the 2 pt. conversion if that was Carr he would have taken the sack, but Rosenfels did the smart thing and at least let his receiver make a play even though it was incomplete.

I think it may have had an effect on his game. Carr just seems like one of those players who gets rattled easy, and he doesn't take his game to another level when the presures on. VY has always been that type of player. I wanted the Texans to either select Bush or VY with their top pick, but after 7 games this year I'm beginning to believe they made the right choice. Bush is getting worse every week, and VY has a long ways to go before he's a quality NFL QB. Mario seems to be getting better as the year goes on and is on pace to get 8 sacks this year. Not great, but a respectable number for his rookie year.

Tenn was the worst team in the league the 1st 4 games, is now 2-2 with him (BTW Leinart is now 0-4). He stats are not great, but his wheels and leadership help make Tenn a much tougher team to beat. Guys like VY and Vick impact, things that lead their teams to win, just down come out in traditional measureables. Oh, but I forget, most of ya'll don't believe Vick is an outstanding player either.
