This is an absolute disgrace. It's also the beginning of the end for David Carr in Houston. He was outplayed and outclassed by a rookie QB who played with more poise and confidence and that is something that should not happen. Today I saw what DaD and Solid and the others have been preaching about: that this team is not responding to Carr as the QB. Even though the Texans defense blew chunks today, his continued inability to make plays or put points on the board is killing any chances this team has of getting in a position to win some games. And after Rosenfel's play today, how can he not start next week? I'm completely mystified how Carr and the rest of the offense can come out in a game like this and play as flat and uninspired as they did. Kubiak will take the blame for not having them ready but I think John McClain summed it up best: the Texans are a team that lack physical and mental toughness. Until that changes, this pathetic losing will continue.
Let's Admit it . .. . VY brings 'SWAGGER!" This is *not* the same Titan Team We saw in the 1st few weeks and as for Carr He *had* a Running game to day . . .so why? Rocket River
*sigh* Just don't wanna give VY any credit huh? Carr didn't do it for ya. . so you grabbed the next man standing *grin* Rocket River
Well surprise we lost. It would've been interesting what might have happened if Sage has a minute left to play with. At least Sage fought, when was the last time we even HAD a chance to come back with Carr? It's a no brainer. Sage has leadership and Carr doesnt. When things go tough, Sage gets tougher and DC goes into a shell and hides.
Morency had 11 rushes for 101 yards today. Just thought I'd bring that up and give you folks a brighter day.
we gave up 5 turnovers and only lost by 6. VY was mediocre, Carr sucked ass. Sage totally owned. who would have thought?
