Not good. Competent safety play has made such a difference for this team.

Nice touchdown pass from backfoot Schaub!

LOL Marv Albert said "The Titans have extended the lead!"

    I hope it's not a season-ending injury for Manning.

many part time role players do that when they're on the field, you don't overpay for them though

Hoping it's not the knee, like AJ. Realistically, if it's a hammy, you can give him four full weeks off. Jacksonville and Cleveland here should be wins regardless of who we have out there. I think Tampa is a tossup, and then the bye. If we could get into the bye at 6-4 and have Manning back after that, I'd be pretty pleased.

Damn you Kubiak. Oh we scored, never mind.

the key to this game is the absence of Fouts and Dierdorf giving off bad vibes

Which brings me back to why the Texans are willing to pay Jacoby Jones (who seems pretty replaceable) rather than Leach (who has yet to be replaced by two different players).

I honestly prefer Casey at FB to Leach (based on what I've seen), and I think the Texans do too. Things will get rolling once he's back.

I think the two should be looked at separately. I don't blame them for not overpaying Leach, but I do blame them for overpaying Jacoby.

Same here. I really like the way Kubiak used Casey in The Saints game.

He's a different type of FB. Occupys a defender based on his pass-catching ability, not a run blocker.

Not getting anywhere close to Hassleback with our blitzes. I guess that's good pass-blocking.
