Yep. One bad pass when he is being hit by an unblocked linebacker (how does this happen so much?) is not what made that a bad drive.
I understand, I just want him to step into a throw or slide in the pocket instead of tossing off his back foot.... DD
Maybe if he could read a defense and see it coming he could...you know...AUDIBLE to a hot read. But, I am sure you don't know what that means. DD
Leach has done much more for this offense than Jacoby Jones has.... and is a pro bowler to add to it. Leach is more valuable than Jacoby Jones. Leach was an asset in the run blocking as well as pass blocking schemes... and could potentially convert a short run if needed. Leach was the Darryle Johnston of this offense to Foster's Emmit Smith, Schaub's Aikman, and Andre's Irvin.... I'm not going to equate him to an underachieving WR that hasn't accomplished much other than being a slightly above average PR.
Nope, don't know what it means. You silly Titan fans sure know a lot more about football than us Texans fans!
Not sure why offensive lineman don't just react like that to every early jump by the defense... its an automatic 5 yards, and it can't be a false start if the defense caused it. However, if the offense doesn't move, the defense can jump back and there's no penalty.... a really dumb rule.
I don't think Schaub has thrown off his back foot all day. He's been stepping into his throws just fine. Unfortunately most of his throws have been on the run. So, not sure what he's talking about.
