Kubiak is such a moron. There was a minute fifteen left on the clock when they had fourth down. Plenty of time to do something so what does he do? He wastes it all. F'n A man.

Still feeling very nervous about this game. I have this bad feeling the Saints are gonna score on the first possession of the second half.

Agreed. If you told me that before the game, I'd take it in a heartbeat.

However, once you see that they had these missed opportunities... even if only one of those was a TD, it gives them a much better cushion and makes it a two score game.

I'll take it... but if this team is truly elite, they will be expected to make those conversions.

this half shows how much we need Foster back. he's a big reason we didn't have redzone deficiencies last year. Tate just isn't the same runner.

I have the same feeling. TD to go up after the first possession.

We really miss Foster's explosiveness in the redzone, and it's obvious.

This game should be somewhere in the neighborhood of 27-10. It's too bad that we can't win a game based on yardage alone, like some posters think.

I don't like the feel of this game after settling for field goals. If you're Kubiak, you gotta take at least one shot there. A big play, if it somehow had happened, immediately deflates all the confidence the Saints just had.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the way the game has gone, just nervous that we're letting them stick in there.

Correct me If I'm wrong, they haven't tried to give Tate the ball in the redzone much. I think they tried to throw it in almost every time.

Yeah let's risk a turnover and a complete meltdown. It would be stupid to go for it.

The score is obviously a good thing, but Kubiak's troubling conservatism is a problem now and a potentially bigger one later. Arian would also be a HUGE bonus.

The clock in Schaub's head is going off even when there's no pressure. He's back footing throws in the red zone and getting out earlier than he has to, IMO.

I, too, think that the Saints are probably going to score and take a 17-16 lead after the half. It'll be interesting to see how the team responds after being behind for the first time in 2011.

    Go Texans!

Sometimes you have to take risks to win. The last 3 redzone plays are a prime example.

If we had used our T/Os we would have had 1:20 to score again.

    Grow a pair

Saints are gonna score right out the gate, and take the lead.

Big risk, big potential reward. I'm not gonna call Kubiak stupid for it, but I think it's something you try.

There's definitely a valid argument not to, though.
